Did you know that 360 million people or 5.3% of the entire world’s population experience disabling hearing loss? Shockingly, more than half of these cases could have been prevented!
Experts from the World Health Organization (WHO) say following these 4 rules can prevent most hearing loss.
1. Never use home remedies in your ears.
Home remedies like hot oil or ear candles are dangerous and unsafe.
2. Never insert objects into your ears
You should never put small objects in your ears.
3. Do not listen to loud music
A good rule of thumb is to listen at 60% volume for 60 minutes, then take a break.
4. If you are concerned about your ear health, see a professional.
